LIFE AT SOUTHEY FARM
The yard is home to a range of horses who, along with their owners, enjoy a variety of disciplines. Local riding club, BD, BS and BE venues are all within easy reach whilst those who wish to stay home can enjoy miles of fabulous hacking both on and off road.
SOCIAL EVENTS
We organise a variety of events throughout the year, which have included a fun show for the livery yard clients and supporters with an evening BBQ during the summer as well as a Christmas party.
In recent years we have enjoyed visiting major equine events - Olympia, Badminton, Royal Windsor Horse Show and other local county shows and exhibitions. We also venture further afield to Portugal to share our passion for the lusitano horse.
We also enjoy trips to beaches, national parks and local gallops and eventing centres near Wellington Taunton. Importantly, we have fun with our horses!
